The River Oaks Luxury Apartments are a beautifully restored Houston landmark. We partnered with Arel Capital, a nationally acclaimed New York developer, in their plan to fully revitalize and curate the complex. All public spaces, the first and second stories, elevator lobbies, and even a model apartment are curated with Weingarten Art Group’s expertise.

In this view of the model apartment, the clean modern lines of the building’s architecture are on display. The gracious space, exquisitely appointed by Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio, is framed by high ceilings and opens toward a stunning view of Houston through full-height windows. WAG’s art choices compliment the space’s sumptuous elegance, exhibiting a bold mix of well-known artists and early discoveries. Artists featured include Joel Shapiro, Erika Verzutti, Henrik Eiben, Brice Marden, Martin Creed, Hayal Pozanti, Allyson Vieira, and Gael Stack.
